Who moved my cheese?
之前太閒跑去借了誰搬走了我的乳酪-給青少年，沒想到一借，嘿!我人都忙起來了=_=
這本書國中的時候就在市場上很紅，而且紅了很久，麻糬一直推薦我但是我那時超迷武俠小說和光禹劉軒沒空看這些比較偏向人生方面的書籍，其實呢，現在也沒有= =b 這算是第一本，而且還是For Teens，被我弟取笑了!光看書名就取笑我，FOR TEENS。So What? Man! I am a teenager still, young adult! 什麼鬼啊~小孩子不懂，薄薄一本大智慧耶! 呿~ 那個今年才開始看HP的小子懂屁=..=
這本書的迷宮裡有四個角色，兩隻老鼠，兩個小小人，小小人和普通人類一樣只是小了點，和老鼠相比有較高的智慧，相對的也有高等類動物的詬病。小小人比老鼠懶，也比較怕改變。當乳酪從第一天消失起老鼠就出發尋找新乳酪了，而兩個小人不但痴痴的等還怕出發會迷路所以一直待在原地。
乳酪代表了一個新的目標，一個想要達到的目標，也算是驅動力吧。迷宮則是現況，不管是何種身分的人，迷宮就是尋找新乳酪的出發點。所以小老鼠在環境改變的第一天起就出發尋找下一個目標，小小人卻是怨天尤人。最後小小人之一的Haw終於出發了，經過許多波折他也找到了乳酪，Enjoy他的成果。
我覺得…這本書真的很難第一時間就消化完，也很難一看完就有辦法寫心得。任何一個人在不同的情況下都有可能是四個角色之一，只是大部分的時間我們比較像小小人而已。而且我覺得…我比較像那個一直都不走出迷宮的Hem，每天都等著乳酪從天上掉下來，就算Haw一直鼓吹我也還是那樣地固執，不肯去尋找自己的新乳酪。當身邊的環境改變了還繼續待在那個迷宮裡期待乳酪的出現…真悲哀= =

• Having Cheese makes you happy. The more important your Cheese is to you, the more you want to hold on to it.

• Haw smiled. He knew Hem was wondering, “Who moved my cheese?” but Haw was wondering, “Why didn’t I get up and move with the Cheese sooner?”
• What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
• Smell the Cheese often, so you know when it is getting old.
• Movement in a new direction helps you find new cheese.
• When you stop being afraid, you feel good!
• The quicker you let go the Old Cheese, the sooner you get the New Cheese.
• He realized that when he had been afraid to change, he had been holding on to the illusion of Old Cheese that was no longer there.
• The fastest way to change is to laugh at your own folly-then you can let go and quickly move on.
• Change Happens- they keep moving the Cheese
Anticipate Change-get ready for the Cheese to move
Monitor Change-smell the Cheese often so you know when it is getting old
Adapt To Change Quickly-the quicker you get go of old Cheese, the sooner you can enjoy new Cheese
Change-move with the Cheese
Enjoy Change!-savor the adventure and enjoy the taste of new Cheese.
